How to improve Webcamp KK

So we managed to somehow convinced about 30 ppl to show up and shared some really awesome stuff. How do we keep this up and is there anything we missed, should/shouldn't etc?

Time to have spin offs that would actually do something instead of just talk.
eg. Project Inception day  or  48 hr hackatons...

Also we should brainstorm ideas for ways to sustain this community (in terms of maintaining numbers as well as cash flow)?  Someone needs to fund the pizzas!

We can do a survey from community members about the problems' face in their company, or what topic/technology they are interest (e.g. agile development, Test-Driven Development (TDD)).

After the survey, we can organize a workshop or give a talk according to community members' interest.

What we have is nice now, since we need strength in numbers first.I agree with Ghodmode, we should chip in for Pizza or something plus some drinks. I don't mind, there's like 30 of us we can manage something out :D

Here's what I have in mind.

1) limit presentation to 20 mins. (we get more time to network!)
2) we need Rum to be there! if he fell asleep, we need to stop the presentation. (just in case)
3) setup an email list (get reminders, updates, schedule, presentation topic)
4) we need more femalessssssss ohhhhhhh babyyyyyyyyyyy
